Please review and follow these guidelines during your stay. ### 🚭 NO SMOKING This is a **non-smoking home**. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and never leave them on the property. ### 🚫 NO DRUGS Illegal drugs or drug-related activities are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. ### 🎉 NO PARTIES OR EVENTS Parties, events, large gatherings, and disruptive behavior are not permitted. Please respect our neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment. ### 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY Only guests included on the reservation may stay at the property. **Do not exceed the maximum occupancy or allow unauthorized overnight guests without prior approval.** ### 🔇 QUIET HOURS Please keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours and be considerate of our neighbors. No loud music, shouting, or other disruptive activity. ### 🔥 SAFETY DEVICES For everyone's safety, **do not tamper with, remove, cover, disconnect, or disable smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, or other safety equipment.** If you believe a safety device is malfunctioning, please contact us immediately. ### 🏓 AMENITIES & PLAYSET Ping pong, cornhole, the playset, and other recreational amenities are provided for your enjoyment. There is also a pack and play (please pack back up after use) **All amenities are used at your own risk.** Children must be supervised by an adult when using the playset or recreational equipment. Please report any damaged or unsafe equipment immediately. ### 🏠 CARE FOR THE HOME Please treat the home, furnishings, appliances, and outdoor areas with care. Report accidental damage or maintenance issues as soon as possible so we can address them promptly. ### 🧹 TURNOVER SUPPLIES Cleaning and turnover supplies are reserved for preparing the home for future guests. **Please do not remove or take turnover supplies, linens, equipment, or other property items from the home.** ### 🗑️ TRASH & RECYCLING If your stay overlaps with collection day, please place the appropriate cans at the end of the driveway. **Trash:** Tuesday & Thursday **Recycling:** Wednesday Please keep lids closed and avoid overfilling the containers. ### 💧 WATER & ICE The home has a water filtration system for your convenience. Ice cube trays are located in the freezer. Please refill the trays before checkout. ### 🐾 PETS No Pets allowed ### 🚗 PARKING Please park only in designated areas. Do not block neighboring driveways, sidewalks, access points, or park on landscaped areas. ### 🚨 SAFETY & EMERGENCIES If an emergency occurs, contact the appropriate emergency services first and then notify your host. 911 For non-emergency maintenance or property concerns, please contact us through the messaging system. --- ## ❤️ THANK YOU!
