Just blocks from Port Hudson’s boardwalk, boat ramp, and waterfront dining and centrally located under an hour from Tampa, Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks and Crystal River. Located at the propert for use is 1 x single open kayak with rod holders, 1 x body glove inflatable paddleboard (super sturdy), 1 x inflatable floating dock (for use at flats or sandbar).
Good to know
2 BR /1 BA, rooms are spacious and all have smart TVs. In the 2nd bedrrom there is an additional trundle bed. Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and cook ware. On the patio is a griddle and seating area for use. In the garage there is 1 x kayak, 1 x paddleboard, and 1 x floating dock to bring with you to the beach, sandbar, or flats. Also beach folding chairs to layout in the back to enjoy the sun.
House Rules
No parties, please be respectful of the neighborhood. If you have children please watch them by the water. No tampering with smoke detectors. This is a drug free home (no recreational use on the property. Please put things back in their place after use for accountability and inventory after visit. If any items are used in the water (detachable dock ladder, Kayak, inflatable paddleboard board, Floating dock), please rinse with fresh water after each use and at end of stay place back to their locations. Also please lightly coat with oil the grill top (oil under grill) after each use.
